• Fees are listed per night, per couple, with a minimum two night stay.
• A returnable deposit of £50 is required to secure a booking, and is held
against early cancellation and damages.
• Full payment of fee is due four weeks prior to arrival. This fee is nonrefundable.
• Additional adults using the sofabed incur a one-off charge of £20.
• Bedlinen for children is supplied free of charge.

If your dates are free, you can finalise your booking by sending written confirmation plus a
£50 deposit cheque.

The deposit is kept as a cleaning and inventory deposit for the duration of your stay and will be repaid in full in the week following your departure (if no breakage or damage occurs and the apartment is left in an acceptable condition).

Full payment of your fee is due 4 weeks prior to your arrival. This is non-returnable.

You’ll receive an invoice, by post or email. Cheques should be sent to ormistonHOUSE apartment, 38 Main Street, Gullane, EH31 2AP.

conditions

The apartment is available from 4pm on day of arrival, and should be vacated by 11am on day of departure.
The apartment cannot accept pets and there is strictly no smoking.
Guests are responsible for leaving the apartment in a clean and tidy condition. We ask that beds are stripped, laundry placed in laundry bag, and internal bins emptied.
The apartment is let for holiday purposes only and must not be sub-let.
